I built Lunazure deliberately small. I wrote the Vaults, I take every fit call, and I review the work before it reaches you. When you email us, I'm the one who answers.
That's a choice. A firm can be large, or it can genuinely know its clients — I'd rather do the second. So we keep the client list short, decline work we can't do well, and tell you honestly when we're not the right answer.

What exactly do I get when I buy a Vault?
A private link, emailed to you straight after checkout. It opens an interactive library in your browser: the full content plus built-in tools (a finder that picks what to use, copy buttons, a test board or fill-in email builder, and a checker for your results). It works on desktop and phone.
Are the updates really free?
Yes. The link you receive is the product. We revise each Vault quarterly — new material in, tired material retired — and the changes appear at the same address. You'll get one short email when an update lands.
Can I get a refund?
The Vaults are digital content delivered immediately. Under EU law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase, but for digital content that right ends once you ask for immediate access and acknowledge you lose it — which is what checkout asks you to do. If the link doesn't work or the content isn't as described, email us and we'll put it right or refund you. Full details are in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Results depend on your product, offer, market, budget and execution. What we guarantee is the work: the content, the process and honest reporting. Any figures on this site are industry benchmarks, not promises.
What happens on the fit call?
Twenty minutes, free, no obligation. We look at your product, what you've tried and what you expect, and we both decide whether a retainer makes sense now. If it doesn't, we'll say so — and you'll leave with a short written assessment either way.
How do the monthly retainers work?
After the fit call you receive a written proposal setting out the scope, fee, start date and notice period. Fees are billed monthly in advance; ad spend and your own tools are paid by you directly. Unless your proposal says otherwise, you can end the retainer with 30 days' written notice.
When does Phase III open?
Phase III is offered by invitation, after three consecutive months in Phase II where results are clearly traceable to our work. It's how we keep the high-ticket tier honest — for you and for us.
Do I receive an invoice with VAT?
Yes. Vault purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, which calculates the right VAT for your country and emails your receipt or invoice. Retainers are invoiced directly by us.
